Today I start putting down in print what I am consuming.....how I consume it......and really taking a good stab at my feelings and thought about my food situation right now. I plan on taking pics of some of the meals, what I think about before, during and after I eat them.....and whatever else I find appropriate.
Not that anyone will ever read this blog except me, I find that this might help me make things more concrete and easier to "digest". Maybe someone will find this helpful, funny, or insightful, but that is not the purpose just yet.
Breakfast : half cup of raspberries, blueberries. cup of 365 grahmn cereal with soymilk. glass of water.
Snack(s): Pear, handful of raw pecans, glass water
Lunch: handful grapes, 1/4 cup of wild rice, ww wrap made with hummus, tomato, clover sprouts, avacado, baby spinach.
