Tuesday Taco Night

Once a month the family and I have Make Your Own Taco Night. My 5 yo LOVES it and talks about it all day at school (to the point of annoyance) until dinner time when we eat. He eats such a big meal taco night, why do you ask I not offer taco nights more often....probably because of the time it takes to prepare them and the clean-up after.
